Special scheduling for groups is available. The ideal group size is from four to eight people. Each attendee should be prepared to show proof that they are twenty-one years of age, or older. Special group courses or demonstrations (including drinking the drinks, naturally) are scheduled in sessions of four-hour blocks. That amount of time is best to get the most out of the experience. Of course, shorter sessions can be planned, but the cost must still be calculated at the four-hour rate. The rate per person will be affected by whether the group wishes to get hands-on drink-making experience and whether it is desired that each attendee get a copy of the book. Specially-scheduled courses or demonstrations are held in the same private laboratory bar as the regular courses. The location is in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles, about midway between downtown and Beverly Hills.
